Summary: It was a wonderful stay - a well maintained house, clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. But the covers were too short for most of us and in some cases too thin. It would be good to have more beddings. Some basics were missing like toilet paper, etc. The agent wanted to have received a call prior to arrival which we didn't do but this should not negate basic things to be provided.

Summary: This villa is a whole mood! The space is huge, perfect for squad hangouts, The fireplace really sets the vibe for chill evenings, Plus, the garden is a great spot for picnics and Insta pics, Not far from the forest for some nice hikes, which hits different, No cap, would def come back!

Summary: Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende, an dem es an nix gefehlt hat. Sehr großes und super gemütliches Ferienhaus. Herr Seidl hat alles perfekt vorbereitet, obwohl wir zu zeitig da waren. So stelle ich mir Urlaub vor. Auf alle Fälle wieder. Familie Tollert

Summary: Ein geräumiges Haus mit schönen Zimmern. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Lam direkt am Wald. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Berge. Die Begrüßung war eher kalt und unfreundlich da der Vermieter uns wie kleine Kinder behandelt hat! Geht gar nicht! Und seine politische Meinung zum Thema Russland interessiert uns auch nicht und hat bei einer Begrüßung nichts verloren! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. An der Sauberkeit muss jedoch gearbeitet werden. Überall Spinnenweben und in den Regalen wo das Geschirr steht ist der Staub schon sehr fest. Im und unter dem Ofen Pommes und Dreck von den Vorgängern. Bei dem Preis sollte die Sauberkeit stimmen. Auch sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein dass diese Unterkunft viele versteckte Kosten hat die einem erst bewusst werden wenn es darum geht die Kaution zurück zu erhalten! Zum Beispiel: 10€ für die Reinigung des Kamin 80€ der Strom für 4 Tage Und der Rest von den 200 € ist auch bis auf 4€ einbehalten worden ohne eine Erklärung zu geben. Ist eine Frechheit. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind auch die Preislisten für das Inventar die im ganzen Haus liegen mit teilweise lächerlichen Preisen ( 2€ Flaschenöffner soll laut Liste 10€ kosten) Alles in allem hatten wir 11 Personen eine angenehme Zeit , jedoch werden wir dieses Haus nicht nochmal buchen.

Summary: Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und aussichtsreich in Südlage am Ortsrand mit herrlichem Blick auf Lam und die umliegenden Berge. Die Schlafzimmer sind wie alle übrigen Räumlichkeiten sehr groß und haben durch die farbliche Gestaltung und Wandmalereien jeweils eine individuelle Note. Die Großzügigkeit des Hauses bietet Raum zum Feiern aber bei Bedarf auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Besonders angetan waren wir von den großen Terrassen und dem großen Tisch im Wohn-/Esszimmer, an dem wir die Abende mit Spielen verbracht haben. Zwei Elektroherde und zwei Kühlschränke bieten alle Möglichkeiten auch für größere Gruppen zum Kochen, die Ausstattung der Küche war von Kleinigkeiten abgesehen zweckmäßig und gut. Wir haben jeden Abend problemlos mehrgängige Menüs zubereitet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Vermieter professionell und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Summary: Wir haben dieses schöne Haus für unser Familientreffen genutzt und es war toll. Das Haus liegt oben auf dem Berg am Ende der Straße,man hat dort absolute Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um auch eine große Gruppe zu versorgen. Das es so viele Bäder und Toiletten gibt ist natürlich super und alles ist sehr gepflegt.Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Hanglage was das Fußball spielen für die Kinder etwas schwierig macht, aber zum toben ist viel Platz. Und was gibt es Schöneres als den Tag gemeinsam am Kamin ausklingen zu lassen.

Summary: Haus mit witzigem Ambiente. Jedes Zimmer ist anders. Die Schlafcouchen eignen sich vielleicht für Kinder sind aber sehr unbequem. Die Betten dagegen sind sehr gut. Wein und Schnapsgläser sind nicht vorhanden. Man sollte den Vertrag gut lesen und keine Rückfragen stellen.

Summary: Hallo, Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Stube und vor allem der Keller sind sehr uhrig und gemütlich. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und es uns an nicht fehlen lassen. Gerne wieder!

Summary: Ein super schönes Haus was In Wirklichkeit viel schöner aussieht als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Service war auch super, wenn wir was brauchten mussten wir nur schnell den Eigentümer anrufen. Wegen Corona muss man überhaupt keine Angst haben.. Wir sind Samstag auf den Osser hoch und uns sind nur 5 Leute entgegen gekommen. Wir waren zu 16. Dort und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. So eine schöne Unterkunft für so viel Leute findet man wirklich selten.
